The Little Lab Club was born from a passion for early education and a belief that every child deserves a beautiful, personalized learning experience. As the founder, my name is Kim, and my journey as an educator has been a lifelong pursuit. For over 20 years, I’ve had the joy of teaching private swim lessons in the Hamptons during the summer, where I’ve witnessed firsthand how one-on-one attention can build a child’s confidence and skills. My background as a dance teacher for toddlers, and as a dancer for 22 years, has taught me the incredible power of music and movement to spark joy and unlock a child’s potential. Most importantly, my experience working with adults and children with special needs has given me a deep appreciation for celebrating every small victory and tailoring every lesson to a child's unique way of learning.

This philosophy is shared by our consultant and curriculum advisor, Vicki Montessorro. With a Master's in Special Education, Vicki has a profound understanding of child development and a gift for creating environments where every child can thrive. Her expertise ensures that our curriculum is not only engaging and fun but also thoughtfully designed to support a wide range of developmental needs.

Together, we've created The Little Lab Club to be a truly special place where children can explore, discover, and grow. We are committed to providing a safe, joyful, and enriching environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning.
